"Leadership Puzzle Cracked” - Some Leaders fail, some thrive; however both claim victory, why?

Leadership is the proficiency in influencing others using an amalgam of individual powers and positional powers when motivating people to prudence; orienting them to prosperity, while decision-making on business dilemmas and temptations.

Positional power is acquired by virtual of an organizational delegating its decision-making competences to a person operating from individual powers as a Leader, however, individual powers are the outcome of Self-Development. Self-Development is the gradual movement of one's capabilities, traits, features and qualities to gain maturity; it amalgamates Si, Ci, Ei, and Mi to produce a mature individual in varied potentials in habits, skills, wisdom etc. Defining Si, Ci, Ei, and Mi will cast the intended focus on this post as follows.

Spiritual Intelligence (Si) is an ability to find-out hidden treasure from complex situations, by aligning to reality (orientation) that serves an individual or a society in a detailed framework, functional in a business undertaking (essence).

Cognitive Intelligence (Ci) is that power scrutinizing setbacks with an intention to offer a complete development plan, design, and execution of aspirations while taking preventive measures on all possible challenges during execution as well as proposed life-circle.

Emotional Intelligence (Ei) is the power to comprehend, contain and utilize our emotion beneficially; meanwhile buffering and transforming others’ feelings into synergized opportunities to both parties.

Moral Intelligence (Mi) is that ability involving, outlining, supporting, endorsing and committing concept of judgment, such as good or evil, right or wrong, virtue or vice, justice or crime. Such that, if you employed an ethical concept, integrity rises else take responsibility for your vice; in return, if you come across unethical treatment practice compassion and forgive.                           
Moreover, IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is usually confused to Ci a different phenomenon from it; IQ is a Measure of intelligence that takes into accounts children’s mental and chronological age.  IQ-Score = MA / CA x 100. Mental age (MA) is the typical intelligence level found for people at a given chronological age, Chronological age (CA) is the actual age of the child taking the intelligence test. Caution: Intelligence tests were developed for the practical function of selecting students for admission or placement in schools.  Originally, these tests were not based on any theory of intelligence.  They defined intelligence (IQ) as the ability to do well in school.

Moreover, Si, Ci, Ei, and Mi, are concerned about human thinking, a unique endowment to humans as compared to other animals which do not think, rather reacts to situations from pre-programmed responses. During thinking, human mind works in a very complicated manner, however to decipher the process we take analogy of two-dimension Venn diagrams instead of the real intricate overlapping spherical Venn diagrams for simplicity, as shown graphically from here.
From the graphics just observed we identify several terms concerned about thinking process, Si, Ci, Ei, and Mi already defined. CIPU is Character Influencing Potential Union concerned of an individual identity as an Individual-Plane (IC). IC is a sub-conscious cognizing and imaging process happening very fast, giving the meaning and orientation of the thinking process. PSPU is the conscious thinking including considerations to situations like Ei (mostly empathizing), and Mi (integrity, responsibility, compassion, and forgiveness). On completing PSPU activity, a thinking individual’s mind will be possessing an assigned direction and essence of a certain response arousing either courage or cowardice act that defines a trusting or mistrusting actions to the public. “Trust is a mutual relationship, whereby partners in a group eagerly suspend control over engagements within themselves, based on their immaculate past conducts”. Trustworthiness is that quality to be trusted.

Moreover, Self-Development Key elements, defines a model that leads to a breakthrough of an ICZ (Individual Character Zone) defining orientations of individual charters shown in the graphics just observed.
Therefore, on simplifying the Venn diagrams which might be very complex in identifying individual’s habit performance a number-plane presentation is introduced as shown from here  identified as the Individual Character Scale (ICS). Meanwhile, the introduction of ICS means the presentation of the thinking process arising from the self-talk process represented graphically from here. The thinking process under discussion consists of Self-Confidence, Self-Belief, and Self-Respect through Self-Talk process as just seen in the graphics through a P-Square Wizard. P-Square Wizard is that critical thinking integrating the past, the present, and the future assets to recreate alternatives into furnishing solutions to challenges as artefact. However, there are terms arising from  this thinking process such as Self-Deceptions phenomenon as a psychological process of denying or rationalizing away the relevance, significance, or importance of opposing evidence and logical argument; which involves convincing oneself of a truth (or lack of truth) – so that one does not reveal any self-knowledge of the deception. Motivation as an influencing factor to an individual or a group to think or perform certain undertakings in line to the motivating force. While Integrity is about offering promises accompanied with a high degree of accomplishment aligned to values and consistent with principles. Self-Deceptions, Motivations, and Integrity are the resultant of the human thinking process mapped in ICS as posited above, when formally categorized and zoned strategically we get an ICZ shown in Individual Character Zones (ICZ) - (Workforce) graphics just referred.
Individual Character Zones (ICZ) categorizes individual habits into six zones viz. zone-1, zone-2, zone-3, zone-4, zone-5 and zone-6 as shown in the figure. ICZ is a versatile discovery relieving Human Resource (HR)-training, selecting etc. ICZ or OCZ (Organizational Character Zones) is applicable throughout the human occupations leading to success or failure. ICZ or OCZ is a result of integrating all intelligences, Si, Ci, Ei, and Mi, which clearly and powerfully commands Self-Development.    

Using ICZ or OCZ, we can categorize Leaders, managers, and subordinates in their zone of operation (which is mutable) so that training, HR hiring etc. can be done with easy and high precision. Therefore, Leaders who thrives operates from HIPA-Region (High-Performance Region) -as it is shown from the ICZ-graphics, preferably from higher zones like zone-5 or zone-6, while the failing Leaders leads from zone-1. The typical characters defining all zones from zone-1 to six are given in last table of the graphics shown from here.The good news is that these habits represented by various zones just discussed are mutable, any leader, manager, or any individual can upgrade to any zone through Self-Development.
